Mondays are the days that people seem to hate the most.
Mondays mean back to your schedule.
Mondays mean actually putting on pants.
Mondays reinforce the fact that you didn't do anything productive all weekend and really need to get your act together.
But Mondays don't have to be a terrible as everyone says they are.
Mondays can be a fresh start. A clean slate. A chance to say "this week I'll do better." Does that mean you'll follow through? No, but it's a nice positive upswing to the usually dreary Monday. Honestly, any day is only as bad as you let it be. Everything depends on your reaction and response to a situation. If you choose to make a Monday terrible, it probably will be. But, if you decide to see Monday in a new light, and treat it fairly, you might just be surprised with how nicely Mondays can turn out. Besides, the average person will have 3,600 mondays in their life, or about 10 years worth.
I don't know about you, but I rather not spend 10 years of my life dreading Monday.
